The minute I do the last phase (disabling idle processor chip), the sound stopped. Therefore it's all good in the end? Not really. With this alternative the laptop'beds fan will be heading berserk, (probably because the processor chip is constantly operating at utmost with 'nonproductive processor chip' handicapped) and changing one annoying sound for another ain't really a resolving sophistication as you'll possibly know. After this I proceeded to go looking online for another solution (because from right now on I got the confidence that it May be resolved after listening to it dissappear) and discovered only this:. Unfortunately I wear't have got this option in my BIOS and I have a sensation it's similair to the idle processor remedy anyhow.Btw, when starting up the laptop and when interacting with the BIOS the sound isn't there either, like you'm anticipate since it's apparantly a procedure. So long story short: perform you guys possess another method of resolving the high pitched sound next to the two talked about by me?

About a week ago my computer speakers began emitting an absurdIy téeth-grinding high-pitched complain. It doesn't matter if the Operating-system volume will be muted, doesn't issue if something'beds being played through themthey just keep whining. I'meters swapped out speakers to no avail, so I'm considering it's i9000 the audio cards, an Audigy 2.The problem can be, I've under no circumstances heard of this taking place to a sound credit card.
